You agree Better Cart shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential damages of loss of profits or other intangible losses.
7. Cancelations & Refunds
You may cancel Your Account at any time and for any reason by accessing Your Account under the Better Cart app within your Shopify admin dashboard. You shall pay any and all Transaction Fees including SMS usage for the month in which You cancelled Your Account on the next Transaction Fee Due Date. Failure to pay the entire Transaction Fee due on the Transaction Fee Due Date shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement, and shall be grounds for immediate termination. In the event that You Cancel Your Account, We reserve the right to keep, maintain and use the Account Information, User Content and all other data and information for internal business purposes only. Being that Better Cart offers a service that is digital we reserve the right to review any refund requests, as services are provided to the merchant and are subject to pro-rated billing on a day to day basis. Any trials that are not cancelled prior to their billing date are not eligible for any refunds.
